Your store is live and taking payments within 5 business days of your assets reaching us, or it's free. "Assets in" is a specific checklist we hand you before you pay a cent - no moving goalposts.
Your domain, brand assets, content, and customer and order data remain yours. Stonegate owns and operates the software; the live store requires an active monthly plan. Exports and transition terms are set out in your agreement.
The Platform plan bills monthly in advance and renews until you cancel: three-month minimum from launch, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling ends the hosting, so the store goes offline and we hand you your export.
