You work directly with our team. We walk you through business best practices based on guidance from our attorney, who also drafts the legal documents and required disclosures for your build. The goal is to help you avoid as much unnecessary risk as possible and make informed decisions as you get started.

Through our supplier relationships, we connect our clients with vetted suppliers and give access to favorable inventory pricing. We also connect you with group testing networks to help reduce testing costs and get lab-issued COAs in your brand's name.

We don't rely on third-party e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce either. We fully custom code each build around your branding, utilizing custom checkout and backend functionality with hosting managed by us.

That gives you direct control over your products, pricing, and day-to-day operations with the flexibility to expand your store as your business grows.

We also understand that payment processing can be a real challenge in this space. We help point you towards high-risk processors that fit your business and catalog and work through that setup with you.

This is Stonegate Research, our demo with sample data. Here's the product information and certificate of analysis. From there, the customer can add it to the cart and see the costs and payment steps before ordering.

We focus on reducing friction to the sale, clear product information, readable pages on mobile, and a checkout that is incredibly easy to follow.

On your side, here's a sample order in the dashboard. You can manage products, update inventory, add test reports, set up discounts, and see your costs and margins. Any changes you make will also instantly reflect live on your website.

Depending on your build, we can also add email marketing tools, affiliate tracking and shipping tools, including automatic label printing with a configured printer.

If you need more assistance with product pricing, go-to-market strategy, marketing, or how to scale and manage your brand, we also offer private consulting. Your quote shows the build, additional features, and any separate services that you want.

Support continues after launch as well. Your platform plan includes ongoing compliance reviews of your store each month, considering changes in both state and federal requirements and identifying what needs updating.

Once your build is paid in full, you own your brand assets and data, as well as the full custom front-end code created for your store. Our proprietary backend and automation systems remain Stonegate's and are provided through your monthly platform plan. Keeping your store live and running requires an active plan.

Custom builds start at $3,900. The required platform plan starts at just $500 a month for hosting, backups, support, and ongoing compliance audits.

Our builds usually take seven to nine days once your onboarding and assets are complete, backed by our written 14-day delivery guarantee.

To get started, you complete our onboarding form, then sign the agreement and pay only half of your build up front. The remaining 50% is due once the agreed build is complete and you absolutely love it.
