We talk through your brand, what you need and any existing systems. For a build, we agree the scope, pricing and delivery dependencies before you commit. Telehealth projects are scoped separately from RUO storefronts.

Yes. We first review your current platform and what it allows us to export. Then we scope either changes to your existing site or a migration, including products, images, customer data and URL mapping where supported.

You keep ownership of your domain, brand, content and customer data. RUO storefront software and hosting are a managed service. If that plan ends, the live store goes offline and you receive the data and content export described in your agreement; Stonegate's engine and admin are not transferred.

Telehealth software, provider accounts and export arrangements are set out in that project's agreement.

Our managed marketing service is temporarily closed to new clients. Existing client agreements and delivery continue. Custom builds and private consulting remain available.

Custom RUO builds start at $3,900, plus a monthly Platform plan from $500. Scope, add-ons, product count and migration work determine your fixed build price. Payment is 50% to start and 50% on delivery.

Our RUO build agreement provides for launch within 14 days after the required assets arrive, or the build is free. You receive the assets checklist before paying. Time spent waiting on required client materials does not count toward that period. This offer does not apply to telehealth projects.

Hosting, backups, security, website reviews, payment-rail and email deliverability monitoring, and support with a monthly allowance for changes. The initial minimum is three months from launch, followed by monthly renewal. Cancellation requires 30 days' notice. Your agreement sets out the full terms.

No. A website build does not guarantee regulatory compliance, payment-provider approval or uninterrupted processing. We decide what we are willing to build for; your own counsel decides what is lawful for your business to sell. Stonegate is not a law firm.

Yes. A RUO store can connect to a US fulfillment provider. You enter a separate agreement with the warehouse, which holds your inventory and invoices you for fulfillment. It is optional; you can keep your current arrangement or pack orders yourself.

We build the branded website and coordinate the technology and onboarding connections with a prescriber network and compounding pharmacy partners. The scope is built around your intended program, customer journey and existing relationships.

Bring those relationships to the call. We will review the available systems and integration requirements before confirming the build scope.

The relevant licensed providers make clinical decisions and deliver care. Pharmacy partners handle dispensing under their own requirements. Stonegate provides the website and setup coordination; we do not prescribe, dispense or make clinical decisions.

We quote each project after discussing the program, website, integrations and onboarding work. Provider and pharmacy costs, agreements and required approvals are identified separately. The timeline depends on those requirements, so the RUO build price and 14-day offer do not apply.

Availability depends on the providers, pharmacies, program and state requirements. We confirm the relevant coverage and dependencies during onboarding. A website or introduction does not guarantee program availability, an approval or a prescription.

Your build includes the setup guidance and support in your agreement. Private consulting is optional additional help with decisions such as pricing, positioning, go-to-market planning and running the business.
