Fulfillment is optional. You can keep packing orders yourself or use your current provider.

Paid orders sent to the warehouse a few minutes after payment.
Tracking and delivery updates returned to the order and emailed to your customer.
Warehouse stock counts mirrored into your store inventory.
Cancellations and refunds carried across. A paid order is not cancelled without you.

You can also send orders to Veriti manually instead of using the automated connection.

With the connection active, warehouse updates appear alongside your orders in the store admin.

Receive inventory: Veriti counts your stock and records its lot numbers and expiry dates. Shelf counts update your store's available stock.
Send paid orders: The warehouse receives each paid order with the packaging tier you chose. Orders in its queue show an "At warehouse" mark in your admin.
Pack & ship: The team picks and packs the order, buys the label on its account and prints the packing slip.
Return tracking: Tracking returns to the order and your store sends the customer its shipment email.

Veriti Collective is jointly owned by Zane and Blake. Blake runs the warehouse; Zane runs the software and systems.

Veriti Collective: You contract directly with the warehouse under its own agreement. Veriti holds your inventory; Blake runs receiving, packing and shipping.
Stonegate Systems: We build and operate the software connection, receiving and fulfillment systems, merchant portal and API. The optional Stonegate connection is covered by a separate agreement from warehouse fulfillment.
