You get the "assets in" checklist before you pay anything, and time we spend waiting on you or a third party doesn't count against the clock.
Your domain, brand assets, content, and customer and order data remain yours. Stonegate owns and operates the software; the live store requires an active monthly plan. Exports and transition terms are set out in your agreement.
The Platform plan bills monthly in advance and renews until you cancel: three-month minimum from launch, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling ends the hosting, so the store goes offline and we hand you your export.

Your build includes practical website controls and ongoing review. It does not replace your business's legal or payment-provider decisions.

We decide which projects and compounds we are willing to support, and implement the agreed scope. Client names, domains and screenshots stay out of our public portfolio.
Your counsel and providers make their decisions
Your counsel determines what is lawful for you to sell. Each payment provider decides whether to approve your business and catalog. No build guarantees a regulatory or payment outcome.

Do I need an existing store?
No. We build new research stores and scope rebuilds or migrations. If you want to keep your current platform, start with a free site scan or our personal website review.
What can I sell?
We decide what we are willing to build for. Your own counsel decides what is lawful for your business to sell. Compounds held for review require your counsel's written sign-off. Stonegate does not provide legal advice.
Does a build guarantee payment approval?
No. Each provider makes its own eligibility and underwriting decisions. We implement the payment methods agreed in your scope; integration does not guarantee approval or continued processing.
