Road to 100: Official Contest Rules

Last updated: August 31, 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THIS IS A SKILL-BASED CONTEST DECIDED BY JUDGING, NOT A GAME OF CHANCE. OPEN TO US RESIDENTS 18 AND OVER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ENTRIES CLOSE SEPTEMBER 17, 2026 AT 11:59 PM MOUNTAIN TIME.

1. Sponsor

This contest (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by Stonegate Systems LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Sponsor," "we," "us"), 1427 N Main St Ste A #1027, Logan, UT 84341, [email protected].

The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, or any other platform or social network. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Contest must be directed to Sponsor and not to any platform.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not improve an entrant's chances of winning. Entry is free.

3. Entry period

The Contest begins when the entry form is published at stonegatesystems.co/giveaway and ends on September 17, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Mountain Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period are void. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

4. Eligibility

The Contest is open to individuals who, at the time of entry: (a) are at least 18 years old; (b) are legal residents of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia; and (c) own, operate, or are formally authorized to act on behalf of a business entity that sells, or intends to sell, physical products online (a "Brand").

Employees, officers, and members of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and households, are not eligible. Existing clients of Sponsor are eligible; see Section 7 for how a prize is awarded to an existing client.

Void in Colorado, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Vermont, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.

One entry per Brand. If more than one entry is received for the same Brand, or more than one entry is received from the same email address, only the first is considered and the rest are void.

5. How to enter

Complete the entry form at stonegatesystems.co/giveaway during the Entry Period. The form requires the Brand name, the entrant's name, a valid email address, a telephone number, the Brand's website (or an indication that it has not launched), a description of what the Brand sells, and a written response to the question "Why should we build yours?" (the "Response"). A Response of fewer than 50 characters will not be accepted by the form. A link to the Brand's social media may be provided and is optional.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted by automated means, or that Sponsor determines in good faith to be fraudulent are void. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not received for any reason.

Entrants retain ownership of the content of their Response. By entering, each entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive right to read, store, and evaluate the entry for the purpose of administering the Contest.

6. Judging criteria and selection of winners

This is a contest of skill. Winners are selected by judging, not by random drawing, and no element of chance is used at any stage of selection.

All eligible entries received during the Entry Period will be evaluated by a panel of one or more judges designated by Sponsor, each of whom is qualified by professional experience in e-commerce development for the relevant industry. Entries are scored on the following five criteria, weighted equally:

The entry with the highest total score is awarded First Prize; the next two highest are awarded Second and Third Prize. In the event of a tie, the tied entries will be re-evaluated by the judges against the same five criteria, and the judges' determination is final. Sponsor will retain its scoring records for the Contest.

Decisions of the judges are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest.

7. Prizes

First Prize (one winner). One custom e-commerce storefront built by Sponsor, consisting of Sponsor's standard base build (approximate retail value $3,900), plus twelve (12) consecutive months of Sponsor's hosting and compliance monitoring plan beginning on the date the storefront is deployed (approximate retail value $500 per month, $6,000 total). Total approximate retail value: $9,900.

Second and Third Prize (two winners, one each). One compliance review of the winner's existing website, including the corresponding remediation work (approximate retail value $750), plus three (3) consecutive months of Sponsor's compliance monitoring service (approximate retail value $300 per month, $900 total). Total approximate retail value: $1,650 each.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $13,200.

Entrant benefit, not a prize. Every entrant who submits a complete entry and provides a live website will receive an automated scan of that website by email at no charge. Entrants without a live website receive a written pre-launch checklist instead. This is provided to every entrant regardless of outcome and is not a prize.

Prize conditions. Prizes are awarded as services, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes exclude anything not expressly listed above, including but not limited to domain registration fees, third-party payment processing fees or accounts, product photography, paid advertising, and any hardware.

Listing policies. Sponsor's build and monitoring services are subject to the same listing policies Sponsor applies to all of its client work. Sponsor determines what it is willing to build and publish. Nothing in this Contest is a representation that any product is lawful to sell, and each winner's own legal counsel remains solely responsible for determining what that winner may lawfully sell.

Existing clients. An existing client of Sponsor who wins receives the prize as a credit of equivalent value applied to additional work, rather than as a refund of amounts already paid for services already delivered.

Purchases during the Entry Period. An entrant who purchases a build from Sponsor during the Entry Period and is subsequently selected as the First Prize winner will receive a refund of the amounts paid for that build, up to the approximate retail value of the base build stated above. This provision exists so that no entrant is disadvantaged by purchasing during the Entry Period. It does not constitute consideration, and purchasing neither is required for entry nor improves any entrant's chance of winning.

8. Winner notification and verification

Winners will be notified by email and telephone using the contact information provided at entry, on or about September 19, 2026. A potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) days of the first notification attempt.

A potential winner must, within thirty (30) days of acceptance, provide the information Sponsor reasonably requires to begin work (including business details, product information, and brand assets) and complete a Form W-9. Failure to respond, failure to meet these requirements, ineligibility, or return of a notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture, and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries in scoring order.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and a publicity release before a prize is awarded, except where prohibited by law.

9. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes have a stated approximate retail value and are reportable income. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to each winner for the value of the prize received, and each winner must supply a completed Form W-9 before a prize is delivered.

10. Publicity and documentation

By accepting First Prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to document the build and to record, photograph, and publish the process and the resulting website, including the winner's Brand name and logo, in Sponsor's marketing across any medium, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. The winner will have the opportunity to review any material that discloses non-public business information before it is published.

Second and Third Prize carry no documentation or publicity requirement beyond the announcement of the winner's Brand name, and Sponsor will obtain a winner's consent before naming them publicly.

Entering the Contest does not require any entrant to post about, follow, tag, or otherwise promote Sponsor on any platform.

11. Conditions, releases, and limitation of liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final.

Each entrant releases Sponsor and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any loss, harm, damage, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The services awarded as prizes are website development and site-scanning services. They are not legal advice, and they are not a compliance certification or attestation. Sponsor is not a law firm. No prize, and nothing in these Rules or on the Contest page, is a guarantee of any outcome with any regulator, payment processor, financial institution, platform, or customer.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it determines in good faith has tampered with the entry process, submitted false information, or acted in violation of these Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if it becomes technically corrupted or if fraud or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impair its integrity, and in that event to award the prizes among eligible entries received before the impairment, using the criteria in Section 6.

12. Privacy

Information submitted with an entry is collected by Sponsor and used to administer the Contest, to deliver the entrant benefit described in Section 7, and to contact the entrant about Sponsor's services. Sponsor does not sell entrant information. An entrant may request deletion of their information at any time by replying to any email from Sponsor or writing to the address in Section 1; a deletion request received during the Entry Period withdraws the entry. See our Privacy Policy.

13. Winners list

The winning Brands will be published at stonegatesystems.co/giveaway on or about September 19, 2026 and will remain posted for at least thirty (30) days. A written winners list is also available by request to the address in Section 1.

14. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contest will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
